The is class is designed to teach you my tried and true method of making sourdough bread. Often directions for making sourdough seem overwhelming and confusing. This class will simplify the process and give you the ability to create a beautiful loaf of sourdough bread and experience the joy this hobby brings.
Each class participant will go home with their own starter, instruction sheet, and a ready to bake loaf of bread that you will put together in class. If you do not have a Dutch oven type pan (4-5 quart pan with lid), I would recommend purchasing one prior to class. I will link an option below so that you can see what I would use.
Class will be held at the Dakota Event Center in Aberdeen from 1-3 pm.
